PFM

Details

The PFM has been the gold standard and star of Dental Restorations since its invention in the late 1950s by Abraham Weinstein.

Whilst the method of manufacture and the quality of materials have changed significantly since those days, the attention-to-detail and standard of workmanship applied to our traditional PFM remains the same.

The humble and widely used PFM can be constructed with a range of materials including non-precious nickel free chrome cobalt and precious gold alloy.

It is still a popular choice amongst aesthetically and restoratively minded Dentists everywhere due to its combination of marginal integrity, strength, biocompatibility and aesthetics.
